Chris Del Valle is a dedicated REALTOR® who brings a strong foundation in finance, coaching, and community service to every client relationship. Licensed in January 2026 after beginning his real estate journey in 2025, Chris entered the industry with a clear purpose: to guide, educate, and support people through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
With over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, Chris has held a wide range of roles including financial coach, bank manager, and small business and commercial lender. A graduate of Worcester Vocational High School with a concentration in Financial Services, he is passionate about helping clients understand their finances, build confidence, and achieve both their homeownership and long-term financial goals. His coaching mindset allows him to serve not just as an agent, but as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the entire homeownership journey.
Deeply rooted in the Leominster and Worcester communities, Chris has volunteered as a youth baseball, basketball, and soccer coach for more than a decade. He remains active himself, playing adult softball in Worcester and the Leominster mixed league, along with enjoying pickup basketball, pickleball, cycling local rail trails, and traveling with his two children to create lasting memories.
As the son of a U.S. Marine, Chris holds a special appreciation for service and is especially committed to assisting Veterans and military families with their real estate needs.
