The ABR® Difference: This designation is for real estate professionals who are passionate about working with buyer-clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level.

Why It's Worth It: You can't count on the market—you have to count on your skills. ABR designees have continuous access to education, industry information, marketing materials, and more. These resources can boost referrals and lead generation.

Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. There are 4 Benchmarks to go through to gain your ABR Designation, and taking the ABR Designation Course is the first Benchmark. Please see the full requirements at abr.realtor.

NON-RACM Member Price: $65

Due to the course being offered at NO COST for our REALTOR® members, we are strictly enforcing our no-show policy:

No-Show Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the class and do not contact RACM Staff in writing to cancel their registration within 72-hours of the class will incur a $100.00 no-show fee. Credit Card information collected below will be used for this charge. You will only be charged if you do not attend and cancel within 72 hours of class date.
