This class aims to enhance Real Estate Agents' comprehension of human behavior's impact on interactions, preventing unintentional discrimination against protected classes. Agents will delve into recognizing unconscious biases, ensuring equal service, treatment, and access for all. It equips agents to develop strategies, comprehend protected classes, and address potential bias impacts.
